QIAGEN Reverse Transcriptases are new, unique recombinant enzymes developed for highly efficient and sensitive reverse transcription. Omniscript Reverse Transcriptase is specially designed for all reverse transcription with any amount of RNA from 50 ng to 2 µg per reaction. Sensiscript Reverse Transcriptase is optimized for use with very small amounts of RNA (<50 ng). Both enzymes have a higher affinity for RNA than traditional reverse transcriptases and perform consistently over a wide range of different starting RNA amounts. Omniscript and Sensiscript RT Kits come complete with dNTPs, optimized reaction buffer, and RNase-free water.

QIAGEN Taq DNA Polymerase products provide robust PCR performance in a wide range of PCR applications. QIAGEN PCR Buffer saves time and effort by eliminating the need for optimization of individual primer–template systems due to its unique combination of KCl and (NH₄)₂SO₄. Templates with a high GC content or extensive secondary structure can be amplified efficiently using the special Q-Solution. Extensive quality control procedures guarantee lot-to-lot reproducibility.
